What this course covers
The story: Opening a bakery isn't only about baking. You plan what to sell, source ingredients, decide which recipes to buy and which to invent, taste-test, open the shop, and then keep the quality steady for years as flour prices and customer tastes change.
In AI/AWS terms: This course covers the same journey for an ML model:
- The ML lifecycle and the AWS services for each stage (planning to opening day)
- Where ML models come from (buy a recipe or invent one)
- How to evaluate model performance (taste tests)
- How to deploy models (opening the shop)
- Why MLOps matters for moving models into production and keeping them there (keeping quality steady)
For the exam: Building a model is one step. The lifecycle runs from business goal to deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
